Limited Vocabulary?

Mr. YH sent this e-mail to me from work yesterday:

I thought you might get a kick out of this - below is a response to a trouble ticket I had submitted for some "sporadic" email problems. To your knowledge, am I having any of the problems he describes below?

 LtCol, I am reviewing your trouble ticket you have submitted on your email. It is saying that you are having spermatic issues, sometimes you are unable to send and receive emails. What error are you receiving when it doesn't work? Is it possible for you to send me a screen shot the next time the error happens?
