My friend Karen (30) is from Seattle, WA

and currently lives and works in Kyiv, Ukraine.

L - The first and most important aspect about Karen is that she loves the Lord with all her heart. This feature makes her beautiful from the inside-out; she is lovely, graceful and gracious in word and deed. She also likes to laugh!

A - I think that anyone who truly follows after the Lord's heart is ready for adventure. In fact, Karen lives an adventure! I respect her so much for stepping out in faith and aligning herself with God's heart; she left the comforts of America, moved across the world, has learned a new language, and has become an advocate for the orphans of Ukraine. She opens up her home on a regular basis to families coming into the county to adopt and helps facilitate camps and hosting trips for the fatherless of this nation. The lucky man who is gifted with this woman will have a helper who is certainly willing to follow him where the Lord calls - and on fun vacations, too! In case you missed it the first time, Karen is attractive - she glows, she's athletic (well, she runs, so I count that!), and people gravitate to her amazing personality.

D - Dramatic- because she majored in theater, directs amazing plays at the local Christian school and in our church, and is a fantastic actress, too. She is so talented! Dependable - she is a woman of her word; humble, too. Discerning - at 30, I think God has blessed her with wisdom beyond her years.

Y - Yourself. That's who you can be around Karen because she has a great way of listening and encouraging and bringing out the best in a person!
